Junior Group
The Junior group is designed for the competitive swimmers in middle and high school. The focus is to improve endurance and conditioning, refine stroke skills, and continue developing racing strategies.
The training methods and techniques are similar to the Seniors group and are geared to help the swimmers gain the skills necessary to succeed at the Junior Olympics and Senior Championships levels. Practices incorporate mandatory dry-land training.
A high level of commitment is required of the swimmers in this group. They are expected to attend practice every day and participate at scheduled swim meets.
Results at the end of each season will help the coaches determine readiness to move up to the next group.
